By registering and paying for a Patti Stiles workshop class or course the participant agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If a participant wishes to cancel notification of cancellation must be made in writing.

Refund conditions

When notification of cancelation is received prior to the start of a course or class, the following conditions apply.

• 15-21 days prior 75% will be refunded.

• 8-14 days prior 50% will be refunded

• 7 or less days prior fee is non-refundable

Cancelations made because of unavoidable situations such as illness or emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Patti Stiles reserves the right to cancel any class or course that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers, and to cancel any course in the event of exceptional circumstances. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all course participants as soon as possible.

Where cancellation by Patti Stiles occurs a pro rata refund of the cancelled class or classes will be issued.
