Sales

  • Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

  • Your order must contain the information specified, including your name, address, email, phone number and credit card details. We are not liable for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

  • Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • We will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase.

  • Payment in full must be made at the time of order.

Duties, Taxes, and fees

The purchaser is responsible for any additional local duties, taxes and fees.

GST

  • Items purchased for delivery in Australia will have the Australian goods and services tax added.

  • Applicable delivery and order charges are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax.

  • Where an item is delivered outside Australia its price (including any applicable delivery and order charge) is free of Australian goods and services tax.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Books typically take 5 business days to print. Once your order is printed and shipped, we will advise you it is on the way.

The following options are available for shipping.

  • Economy: This ship method is non-trackable and non-insurable. This means the package cannot be tracked during any point of transit.

  • Express: This ship method is trackable.

Please note some postal services do not accept P.O. Boxes, please Contact Us to make other arrangements.

Depending on the destination, we use Australia Post or Ingram Sparks choice of International postal service. Patti Stiles Impro only shares your details as necessary for Australia Post or Ingram Spark to provide delivery service. Information we may share:

  • Name

  • Delivery address

  • Phone number

We are not liable for any orders that go missing due to choosing economy shipping or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Risk of loss or damage of the goods passes to you on despatch.

Refunds and returns

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty.

To claim a Refund or Return you must contact us by sending us an Email

The email must contain the following information:

  • the date that the goods were purchased

  • the receipt of the purchase

  • your complaint

The claim is to be made within 30 days after receiving the goods. You may be required to provide additional information and to send the items back.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You do not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.

Canellation

You acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
