This class focuses on understanding the skills for creating, building, and sustaining a scene / story in either long or short form. Essential skills will be explored, such as developing Platform, awareness of the promises in a scene and the circle of expectations, spotting whose scene it is, advancing the scene (make something happen), raising the stakes, active vs. passive accepting, and finding satisfying endings.
